Freda C. Hobbs enjoys sharing her love for education and training. A graduate of the University of
Virginia with a degree in English, she has worked in both the public and private sectors as an
educator and a Human Resource Manager.
She has also spent the past 5 years serving in various roles for the Monster Diversity Leadership
Programs —most recently as the Training and Recruitment Manager for the nationwide student
leadership conferences. She has been responsible for the hiring and managing of over 350
contract staff members as well as training nearly 500 corporate representatives at dozens of
weekend long events. Those combined events have successfully empowered and enriched the
lives of more than 10,000 students.
While running her own thriving business, Freda wears many hats at RAVE! Seminars. In addition to
Lead Trainer, she serves as an Instructional Designer, Keynote Speaker, and MC for RAVE!’s
signature Training Immersion Events. Freda also serves on the Business Advisory Council of
Easter Seals of New York’s Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP). She
currently lives outside of Los Angeles, California with her husband Rodney, who is a working actor
& Human Resource professional.
