Workplace Diversity

What does working in a diverse environment really mean?
During this workshop participants will examine the challenges associated with navigating all of the
nuances of what makes a workplace “diverse”.
Explore different aspects of diversity through group interaction & shared experiences that will lead to a
deeper understanding of the components that create “true” workplace diversity.

Leadership – The Legacy of Real Leaders

This interactive & engaging workshop will help participants identify their leadership style & then explore
ways to get the most out of any team.
Participants will talk about the” win/win” formula behind “goal setting” in addition to learning how to make
sure that goals and objectives are clearly communicated.
Participants will leave with a 5 step approach to communicating with any team, whether it is their chess
club, fraternity, or sales force.
Learn what makes a well rounded leader & how being a well rounded leader will enhance your life & the
lives of those around you.

Team Building – Take Any Team to the Next Level

This workshop will explore the issue of what makes a good team.
Interactive group activities will give participants hands on experience with the do’s and don’ts of creative
and engaging team building activities.
Participants will leave with a blueprint for effectively setting and reevaluating team goals and objectives.
Learn how to manage a winning team by using the “Team Triumph Cheat Sheet.”

Icebreakers – How to Use Activities to Engage Any Crowd

This workshop will examine why icebreakers & energizers are important as well as how to pick the right
activities for any situation.
Participants will learn how to read an audience to determine what is needed to keep a group engaged.
Workshop activities will give participants hands on experience with how to powerfully energize a crowd &
how to use icebreakers & other activities to their advantage.
Learn how to adapt & tweak activities to make them fit large & small groups as well as casual &
business settings.

Presentation Skills – Present Like a Pro

Participants will explore topics such as “when & how to move in front of an audience” and “how to alter
your voice for maximum impact”.
This workshop will provide a blueprint for how to put together a powerful workshop, speech or
presentation.
Learn how to use your crowd to your advantage instead of being intimidated by them.
Workshop participants will get first hand experience with how to improve their presentation skills in the
moment & how to salvage a seemingly faltering speech.
